Zero Net Greenhouse Gas Emissions

We have committed to working towards zero net emissions and actively participate in efforts to reduce our climate impact. It's a significant endeavor to do our part in the fight against climate change. Example: We own forests that sequester carbon dioxide. We heat our premises using geothermal energy, with 21 boreholes. We produce approximately 900 MWh of electricity per year from solar and hydropower. We are transitioning our vehicle fleet to electric vehicles, and we utilize environmentally friendly transportation methods.

 

Renewable Energy Use

Circular Economy and Recycling

We prioritize the circular economy by focusing on material recycling and promoting a culture of sustainable reuse. Our ambitious goal is to achieve 100% recyclable materials in our products. Example: We sort our waste and work towards being able to recycle 100% of our production waste.

 

Removal of Hazardous Chemicals

We are also actively engaged in eliminating hazardous chemicals from our manufacturing processes. This is a crucial part of our efforts to create a safe and environmentally friendly work environment for everyone involved in our products. Example: We use water-based paints and adhere to the REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals).
